最近陷入瓶頸，並非那種進度卡住而是老師要求的創新出不來。抱怨已經很多了就不贅述，我想這時候談點認真的；以我現在的能力可以在大家都想得到的條件下做出改進，有許多研究是做這種，例如製程研究。花費心力，往已知的方向做出有限度的改進，有的甚至可以成為專利。
另一類是創新，創新的各種成分都是已知的，但經由巧妙的使用他們之後，創造出一個新的傑作。我想如果我參透這個方法，而且能有效的使用他，發達之路不遠矣...

My research is in a bottleneck recently. Instead of the practical difficulties, I met a problem of lacking innovations. An improvement under known direction or design is achievable for me. Many of this kind of researches are running in companies, such as Process Engineering in semiconductor industries. The vision of these researches are clear, people can reach it by spending time and effort. They are valuable, some of those can even become patents.
Another type is INNOVATION. All the elements of this innovation were known; by managing then delicately, a masterpiece showed up. If I can fully understand and use the skill well, a resplendent future is not far from now.

誰是歐洲的老大?/ Who's the Overlord of Europe in history?
歐洲的重點從來都不是老大,歐洲的重點是老二.
歐洲很多人都想要當老大, 但在歐洲一向都不喜歡老大, 誰當老大就會被街坊圍毆.
最後英國明白了在歐洲最爽的是當甚麼, 是老二, 還要是「大老二」, 有了大老二, 他只要站在防止老大出現這件事上站對, 他就可以繼續當大老二而不怕被剪掉了.
結果由它發現這件事開始就當到現在.

The critical character among European countries is never the strongest one, but the second.
Despite the fact that many countries tried to be the overlord, European do not like overlords at all; overlords are the ones who's ass had always been kicked badly by neighbors.
At last, British Empire realized this crucial fact that the second one, and a real BIG second one, is the happiest in Europe. She only has to stand in the "correct" side while preventing the overlord to appear, then she would never be worried about being beaten by neighbors.
Until now, Britain is still acting this character since she found it centuries ago.
