韓國地方首長選舉今天開票，開完票得當天就傳出南韓表是:"不制裁北韓也可以。"的新聞。這令人不禁懷疑是不是兩國商量好，北韓出於雷南韓出船演的一場戲？南韓的執政黨達到了選舉宣傳的目的；北韓金胖子達到再次凝聚人民團結、為兒子金正銀接班準備的目的，皆大歡喜。
